硅藻土改性沥青性能的试验研究

摘    要:为更好地评价硅藻土改性沥青的性能,通过对不同掺量的硅藻土改性沥青常规指标与美国SHRP规范的指标性能试验,并对硅藻土改性沥青的感温性能、高温和低温性能进行了相关性分析。结果表明:相比针入度指数,复数模量指数GTS更适合评价硅藻土改性沥青的感温性能;常规的针入度、软化点和当量软化点与车辙因子有较好的相关性;5℃延度与蠕变劲度相关性好,当量脆点与蠕变劲度的相关性较差。

Experimental Study on Performance of Diatomite Modified Bitumen
Abstract:In order to evaluate the performance of diatomite modified bitumen, the experiments of the index performance about the conventional indicators and those in American SHRP specification on bitumen modified by diatomite in different contents, were carried out; and then the correlation analysis on the temperature susceptibility and the high-/low-temperature performance thereof was conducted as well. The result shows that, compared with the penetration, the complex modulus GTS is more applicable to evaluate the temperature susceptibility of bitumen modified by diatomite; there is good relativity between the conventional penetration, softening point, equivalent softening point and the rutting factor; the correlation between the 5℃ ductility and the creep stiffness is good, while that between the equivalent brittle point and the creep stiffness is poor.
