沥青混合料的渗透性试验研究

摘    要:为探讨高速公路路面结构中沥青混合料的渗透性能,采用变水头柔性侧壁渗透仪分别测定了不同空隙率水平下SMA-13,AC-16,AC-20三种沥青混合料的渗透系数,同时结合相关研究成果,将空隙率影响沥青混合料渗透系数的变化关系进行对比分析,结果表明:①三种级配类型沥青混合料的渗透系数均随空隙率的增大而增大,渗透系数的拐点位置在空隙率8%~9%之间;②空隙率8%时,连续级配AC-16和AC-20的渗水系数低于间断级配SMA-13;空隙率8%时,SMA-13的渗透系数则小于AC-20;③相同空隙率的条件下,AC-16的渗透系数明显小于AC-20。

Experimental Study on Permeability of Bituminous Mixture
Abstract:In order to investigate the permeability of bituminous mixture in expressway pavement structure,the permeability coefficient of SMA-13,AC-16 and AC-20(three kinds of bituminous mixtures)are measured by using variable head flexible sidewall permeameter.Combined with relevant research results,the change of permeability coefficient of bituminous mixture is analyzed comparatively.Results show that ①the permeability coefficient of three kinds of graded bituminous mixture is increased with the increase of the porosity,and the inflection point of permeability coefficient is 8 %~9 %.②When the porosity is less than 8 %,the permeability coefficient of AC-16 and AC-20 is lower than that of SMA-13;And when the porosity is more than 8 %,the permeability coefficient of SMA-13 is less than that of AC-20.③Under the same porosity,the permeability coefficient of AC-16 is significantly less than that of AC-20.
