乳化沥青冷再生设计与施工质量控制研究

摘    要:乳化沥青冷再生技术在我国高速公路中的应用尚处于起步阶段,对其设计还没有统一的设计标准。采用CAVF法进行混合料级配设计并预估沥青用量,以室内成型马歇尔试件确定最佳油石比,并用动水压力试验检验设计混合料的抗水损性能,通过施工质量控制来提高路面使用性能,为乳化沥青冷再生的设计和应用提供参考。

Emulsified Asphalt Cold Recycling Design and Construction Quality Control

Abstract:The application of emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology in highways is still in the initial stage in China,so the uniform design standard has not been established yet.In this paper,gradation of asphalt mixture is designed using CAVF method and the asphalt content is estimated.The optimum asphalt-aggregate ratio is determined based on indoor molded Marshall specimen and water resistance property of the designed mixture is verified by hydrodynamic test to improve pavement performance through construction quality control,which can serve as a reference for design and application of emulsified asphalt cold recycling technology.
