马翁机场停机坪干硬性混凝土施工技术研究

摘    要:针对博茨瓦纳马翁机场停机坪采用干硬性混凝土浇筑面积大、流动性差和质量要求高以及政治敏感性强的施工难题,采用现场调查、技术分析和现场试验等方法,确定了干硬性混凝土总体施工规划、混凝土拌和材料质量、机械设备配套,提出了模板制作与安装和混凝土施工工艺。工程实践表明:施工中停机坪混凝土的力学指标完全达到了设计要求,施工后抗折强度和抗压强度达到设计强度100%,保证了施工工期和质量要求。

Study on Construction Technology of Hard Concrete for Parking Apron of Maun in Botswana
Abstract:To solving ventilation problems of Botswana Maun airport apron using hard concrete pouring venues with large areas, poor mobility and high quality requirements and political sensitivity of the construction, by means of field survey, technical analysis and field test, the overall construction planning of hard concrete, the quality of concrete mixing material and the supporting of mechanical equipment were confirmed and the formwork fabrication and installation and the concrete construction technology were put forward. Engineering practice shows that after construction, the mechanical properties such as compressive and wear resistance of the apron concrete fully meet the design requirements. The compressive strength of the flexural specimens and the core specimens reaches 100% of the designed strength, which can ensure smooth construction and quality requirements. Further, it can provide reliable reference for similar projects in the future.
