摘 要: | 针对上海轨道交通9号线南延伸工程2标松江南站—醉白池站区间在古河道沉积区盾构下穿既有铁路的施工;经采用对铁路线路预加固、模拟穿越、渣土改良、盾构施工参数控制、二次注浆及分层注浆加固以及增设高分子聚合物注入装置等措施进行了试验研究,保障盾构顺利穿越了铁路。

Study on Deformation Control of Metro Shield Existing Railway Passing Underneath in Ancient River Sediment Area |

Abstract: | Aiming at the shield construction through the existing railway in the ancient river channel sedimentary area of the south extension project section 2 of Shanghai Rail Transit Line 9, i.e. from Songjiang South Railway Station to Zuibaichi Station section, Experimental research was carried out for the measures of railway track pre-reinforcement, simulation crossing, muck improvement, shield construction parameter control, secondary grouting and layered grouting reinforcement and adding polymer injection device to guarantee the shield successfully passed through the railway. |
