既有长沙磁浮线路低置结构提速适应性研究

摘    要:既有长沙中低速磁浮线路设计速度为100 km/h,根据湖南省战略性新兴产业与新型工业化规划要求,需要进行160 km/h提速磁浮交通技术攻关。基于既有线路结构,运用FLAC3D数值模拟分别对速度为100,120,140,160 km/h下的承轨梁、基床等结构动力特性进行分析。结果表明:梁体动应力、加速度、动位移以及基床动应力均满足列车运行要求,提速后,既有长沙中低速磁浮低置结构仍安全可靠。

Research on Speed-increasing Adaptation of the Low-placed Structures in the Existing Maglev Lines in Changsha
Abstract:Based on Hunan province’s strategic emerging industries and new industrialization planning, technological breakthrough for maglev speed-increasing form the current 100 km/h designed speed of the existing middle-low speed maglev lines in Changsha to 160 km/h need to be made. Therefore, structural dynamic behaviors of bearing rail beam, foundation bed, etc. has been analyzed through FLAC3D numerial simulation under the speed of 100, 120, 140 and 160 km/h based on existing lines in this article. The result shows that dynamic stress in the beams, acceleration, dynamic displacement and dynamic stress in the foundation bed satisfy train operating requirements and the low-placed structures of the existing middle-low speed maglev lines in Changsha are still safe and reliable after speed increasing.
