掺粉煤灰和玻璃纤维再生稳定碎石性能研究

摘    要:采用单掺/复掺粉煤灰和玻璃纤维的方式,对掺30.0 %再生骨料的稳定碎石进行路用性能研究。结果表明:粉煤灰对无侧限抗压强度的提升效果优于玻璃纤维,玻璃纤维对劈裂强度、干缩性能的提升效果优于粉煤灰,10.0 %FA+0.2 %GF组合方案下无侧限抗压强度能提升约9.0 %,劈裂强度能提升约35.0 %,干缩性能提升约17.0 %,抗冻性能提升约15.0 %。试验段工程进一步验证了粉煤灰和玻璃纤维复掺对再生稳定碎石道路基层材料应用的可行性。

Study on the Performance of Recycled Stabilized Crushed Stone with Fly Ash and Glass Fiber
Abstract:In this paper, the road performance of stabilized gravel with 30.0 % reclaimed aggregate has been studied by using single/compound fly ash and glass fiber. The results show that the improvement effect of fly ash on unconfined compressive strength is better than that of glass fiber, and the improvement effect of glass fiber on splitting strength and drying shrinkage performance is better than that of fly ash. Under the combination of 10.0 %FA+0.2 %GF, the unconfined compressive strength increases by about 9.0 %, the splitting strength can increase by about 35.0 %, the dry shrinkage performance is increased by about 17.0 %, and the frost resistance is increased by about 15.0 %. The project of the test section further verifies the application feasibility of the mixture of fly ash and glass fiber on the recycled stable gravel road base material.
