石灰岩机制砂对混凝土界面过渡区的加强作用研究

摘    要:机制砂推广使用是工程建设的总体趋势,研究机制砂和河砂对混凝土宏观力学性能的影响,重点探讨石粉对混凝土界面过渡区组成结构的影响。结果表明:适宜的石粉含量机制砂混凝土比河砂混凝土抗压和抗拉性能均有所提高。随着砂率增加,机制砂混凝土的抗压性能先增加后降低,影响幅度相对较小。石灰岩机制砂混凝土中存在水化碳铝酸钙产物,水泥颗粒间的空隙内可见针状或树枝状晶体或微晶填充,从水泥颗粒表面往空隙内生长,灰岩机制砂砂浆中这种晶体或微晶体更多,使集料-水泥浆体界面区密实程度提高,黏结性能改善,砂浆和混凝土的宏观力学性能提高。

Study on Strengthening Effect of Limestone Manufactured Sandon ConcreteInterface Transition Zone
Abstract:The popularization and use of manufactured sand is the general trend of engineering construction. The influence of manufactured sand and river sand on the macro mechanical properties of concrete is studied, and the influence of limestone powder on the composition and structure of the concrete interface transition zone is focused on. The results show that the compressive and tensile properties of manufactured sand concrete with appropriate stone powder content are better than those of river sand concrete. With the increase of sand ratio, the compressive performance of manufactured sand concrete increases first and then decreases, and the influence range is relatively small. There are hydrated calcium carbonate aluminate products in limestone manufactured sand concrete. Acicular or dendritic crystals or microcrystals can be seen in the voids between cement particles, which grow from the surface of cement particles to the voids. There are more such crystals or microcrystals in limestone manufactured sand mortar, which improves the compactness of the interface between aggregate and cement paste, improves the bondability, and improves the macro mechanical properties of mortar and concrete.
