泡沫沥青冷再生混合料抗反射裂缝性能研究

摘    要:基于Overlay Tester试验研究RAP掺量及RAP料源性质、水泥掺量、矿料级配、基质沥青标号四因素对泡沫沥青冷再生混合料抗反射裂缝性能的影响规律,探讨泡沫沥青冷再生混合料抗反射裂缝性能的评价标准。结果表明:Overlay Tester试验的第一个加载周期内的最大拉力、最大荷载损失率、最大荷载加载次数、总断裂能可作为泡沫沥青冷再生混合料抗反射裂缝性能的评价指标。推荐面层用泡沫沥青冷再生混合料Overlay Tester试验第一个加载周期内的最大拉力不小于1075 N、总断裂能不小于900 N·m,用于基层或底基层时,泡沫沥青冷再生混合料第一个加载周期内的最大拉力不小于700 N、总断裂能不小于900 N·m。

Research on Anti-reflection Crack Performance of Cold Recycled Foamed Asphalt Mixture
Abstract:Based on Overlay Tester test, the influence rule of four factors, RAP content and RAP source property, cement content, mineral material grading and matrix asphalt label, on the anti-reflection crack performance of cold recycled foam asphalt mixture has been studied. The evaluation standard of anti-reflection crack performance of cold recycled foam asphalt mixture has been discussed. The results show that the maximum tensile force, maximum load loss rate, maximum load times and total fracture energy in the first loading cycle of Overlay Tester test can be used as evaluation indexes of anti-reflection crack performance of cold recycled foam asphalt mixture. It is recommended to use foam asphalt cold regenerated mixture for the surface layer. The maximum tensile force and the total breaking energy in the first loading cycle shall be no less than 1075 N and no less than 900 N·m in the test. The maximum tensile force and total fracture energy of the cold recycled foam asphalt mixture are not less than 700 N and 900 N·m respectively for the basement layer or subbase layer.
