风环境视野下杭州基座与毗邻式裙房布局分析

摘    要:为探究高层办公建筑基座式与毗邻式裙房布局对室外场地行人高度(1.5 m)处风环境的影响,选择地块内单幢高层建筑为研究对象,从裙房的位置、高度、迎风面宽度和进深状况对基座式与毗邻式裙房布局进行讨论,利用穷举法得到多种典型布局,并通过CFD (computational fluid dynamics)流体力学模拟软件Phoenics对地块内的建筑室外风环境进行模拟,对比得到基座式与毗邻式裙房的最优布局模式. 研究结果表明:在杭州高层建筑密集地块进行高层办公建筑裙房设计时,毗邻式裙房布局优于基座式,当裙房高度设计范围在15.0~20.0 m,裙房迎风面宽度设计范围为70.0 m左右,裙房迎风面进深长度在50.0~60.0 m时,风环境状况最好.

Abstract:To explore how the pedestal and adjacent layout of podiums around highrise office buildings affect the wind environment at the pedestrian height (1.5 m) of outdoor, a single highrise building in the area is selected as the object to analyze its position, height, windward side width and thickness of base type. The enumeration method is employed to obtain a variety of typical layouts, and CFD (computational fluid dynamics) simulation software Phoenics to simulate the outdoor wind environment. By comparison, the optimal layouts of pedestal and adjacent podiums is found. The results show that, when designing podiums in the area dense with high-rise buildings in Hangzhou, the adjacent layout of podiums is better than the pedestal. When the podium height ranges between 15.0 m and 20.0 m, its windward side width is about 70.0 m, and its windward depth is between 50.0 m and 60.0 m, the wind environment is most desirable.
