| 摘 要： | 以远程可视化管理系统项目的建设为例,应用定性风险分析技术,采用风险概率—影响矩阵、风险记录表等方法和工具,阐述了项目的风险管理过程。通过成功的风险管理,有效控制了风险对项目的不利影响,实现了项目的各项目标,对其他项目建设具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | This article taken the construction project of remote visualization management system as an example, applied qualitative risk analysis technology, used methods and tools of risk probability and risk impact matrix record, describes the process of project risk management. It was effectively controlled the adverse effects of the risk of the project, implemented the objectives of the project, could provide a reference for other projects. |
