| 摘 要： | 针对铁路企业资产规模大、价值高和管理复杂的特点，在综合分析铁路企业信息成本、竞争优势的基础上，研究建设智慧铁路企业资产管理系统的方案，详细阐述资产全生命周期管理过程中 “资产物联化、资源虚拟化、能力服务化、业务协同化和决策智能化”的特征与关联关系。以某铁路企业为例，给出智慧资产管理系统建设的实施方案。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of large scale, high value and sophisticated management for the railway enterprise, based on the comprehensive analysis of the information cost and competitive advantage, this article researched on the construction scheme of Enterprise Assets Management System of intelligent railway, elaborated the characteristics and association of “asset content instrumentation, resource virtualization, capacity as a service, business collaborated, intelligent decision-making” in the process of whole life cycle asset management. A classic case for the construction of Enterprise Assets Management System of intelligent railway was given. |
