| 摘 要： | 以提升铁路安全趋势分析能力，完善铁路安全风险预控管理体系为重点，在深入研究铁路安全风险构成、风险量化评价方法、安全状态评价模型及风险预警模型等关键技术的基础上，提出了铁路安全风险预警信息系统的建设目标、总体架构和主要功能设计。实践表明，通过系统的研究与应用，可以加强铁路安全风险的管理和预控能力，促进铁路安全管理的前移和科学化。

| Abstract: | This article focused on improving the capacity of railway safety trend analysis and perfecting railway safety risk pre-control management system. Based on in-depth study on the key technologies of railway safety risk, quantitative risk assessment method, safety state evaluation model and the risk early warning model, the article put forward the construction goal, overall architecture and main function design of railway safety risk early warning information system. The practice showed that the research and application of the system could strengthen the management and ability of railway safety risk, promote railway safety management scientific. |
