| 摘 要： | 针对铁路主数据中心信息技术(IT,Information Technology)资源运维服务精细化管理程度不高、运维投入产出比不平衡的问题,提出基于信息技术服务标准(ITSS,Information Technology Service Standards)的铁路主数据中心IT资源运维服务能力提升方案。方案通过明确铁路主数据中心IT资源运维服务目录,详细设定每项运维服务的级别,细粒度匹配业务信息系统的多元化服务需求,并通过服务级别协议保障运维服务标准,实现铁路主数据中心差异化、精准化的运维服务,有效优化运维服务成本,提高铁路主数据中心运维资源利用率,提升运维服务管理水平。

| Abstract: | To solve the problems of low level of refined management and unbalanced input-output ratio of operation and maintenance in the Information Technology(IT) operation and maintenance service of the railway main data center, the improvement scheme of IT operation and maintenance service capability based on the Information Technology Service Standards(ITSS) standard system is proposed. By defining the IT operation and maintenance service catalog of the railway main data center, setting the level of each operation and maintenance service in detail, fine-grained matching the diversified service requirements of the business information systems, guaranteeing the operation and maintenance service standards via service level agreements, differentiated and precise operation and maintenance services by railway main data center are enabled to effectively optimize the cost of operation and maintenance services, improve the utilization of main data center operation and maintenance resources, and improve operation and maintenance service management. |
