摘    要:针对高速铁路枢纽车站内旅客换乘时缺乏准确的综合交通信息的问题,设计高速铁路综合枢纽车站换乘引导信息服务平台,描述其技术架构、结构与功能。通过采集与融合与高速铁路枢纽车站接驳的各种交通工具的多源交通数据,该平台可为旅客提供准确、便捷、较为全面的换乘引导信息服务,有助于提高旅客在高速铁路枢纽车站的换乘效率,缓解车站旅客疏散压力;同时,平台可对高速铁路与城市交通接驳服务需求进行预测,帮助客运部门优化运力资源的配置,实现交通资源高效组织与利用。并对高速铁路枢纽车站内5G技术应用场景进行展望,以进一步改善旅客出行体验。

Design of passenger transfer guidance information service platform for high-speed railway complex hub station

Abstract:In view of the lack of accurate comprehensive traffic information encountered by the passengers when they transfer in high-speed railway hub station, the passenger transfer guidance information service platform for high-speed railway hub station is designed and its technical architecture, structure and functions are described. Through collecting and integrating multiple sources of traffic data of the modes of transport connecting to the hub station, this platform can provide accurate, convenient, and comprehensive transfer guidance information services for the passengers in the station to facilitate improving the efficiency of passenger transfer and relieving the pressure of passenger evacuation at station. Besides, it can predict the need of passenger transfer between the high-speed railway and other modes of urban transport and help the department of passenger traffic service in optimizing the distribution of traffic resources, realizing efficient organization and utilization of traffic resources. Finally, the scenarios of 5G technology application in high-speed railway hub station are prospected in hope of further improving the passengers' travel experience.
