摘    要:数字孪生技术是实现铁路数字化转型和智能化升级的有效手段。针对环形铁道(简称:环铁)试验基地各个试验任务相对独立、缺乏统一监测和管控等问题,研究开发了环铁一体化协同试验平台,实现环铁实验基地全域数据资产管理,基于环铁试验基地数字孪生模型,提供实验管理、资产管理、调度管理等应用功能,可对试验计划、试验流程、试验过程和试验结果进行有效管理,有助于优化环铁试验资源配置和试验流程再造,进一步提高了环铁试验基地的试验服务能力,为环铁试验基地数字化、智能化转型升级提供技术保障。

Research on integrated circular railway collaborative test platform based on digital twin

Abstract:Digital twin is an effective technical means to realize digital transformation and intelligent upgrading of railway. The Test Base of Beijing East Circular Railway has problems such as test tasks conducted in the base are relatively independent and lack of unified monitoring and control. Therefore, the integrated circular railway collaborative test platform is studied and developped, which can realize global data assets management, asset management, schedule management, and other integrated applications based on the digital twin model of the test base. This platform is helpful to optimize resource allocation and facilitate test process reengineering of the test base, thus further improve the capacity of test services of the test base, provide technical support for the digital and intelligent transformation and upgrading of the test base.
