摘    要:为精准把控桥隧设备质量状态,制定科学的养护方式及维修策略,提高桥隧养护作业效率,文章依托工务安全生产管理信息系统,从标准化桥隧病害采集、自动化保养评定和智能化维修验收3方面设计了铁路桥隧养护作业智能终端App。该智能终端App可满足现场数据采集的时效性、真实性、准确性需求,提升了病害智能判识能力,辅助提高了桥隧养护作业智能化水平,为开展桥隧设备状态大数据分析提供了数据支持。

Intelligent terminal for maintenance operation of railway bridge and tunnel

Abstract:In order to accurately control the quality status of bridge and tunnel equipment, formulate scientific maintenance methods and maintenance strategies, and improve the efficiency of bridge and tunnel maintenance operations, based on the work safety production management information system, this paper designed the intelligent terminal App for maintenance operations of railway bridge and tunnel from three aspects: standardized bridge and tunnel disease collection, automatic maintenance evaluation, and intelligent maintenance acceptance. The intelligent terminal App can meet the requirements of timeliness, authenticity and accuracy of field data collection, improve the intelligent disease identification ability, assist in improving the intelligent level of bridge and tunnel maintenance operation, and provide data support for the big data analysis of bridge and tunnel equipment status.
