城市地下工程竖井提升技术的比较和选择——推荐新型自卸式吊斗提升

摘    要:通过对城市地下工程竖井施工所采用的罐笼提升、普通吊斗提升、新型自卸式吊斗提升及抓斗提升的提升方法、提升设备及使用范围进行比较,推荐新型自卸式吊斗提升方式。采用先进的电动葫芦安装方法和自卸式吊斗空中自动翻滚卸碴方法,具有施工设备费用少、耗电量低、操作简单、安全性能好、提升能力大等优点,和现有常用的城市地下工程的同类提升设备相比具有明显的优势。

Abstract:Comparison and contrast are made among the existing vertical hoisting systems used in construction of urban underground works,including cage hoisting system,conventional bucket hoisting system,new self-dumping bucket hoisting system and grab bucket hoisting system.The new self-dumping bucket hoisting system is recommended to be popularized.Compared to the other hoisting systems,the new self-dumping bucket hoisting system has such advantages as low equipment investment,low power consumption,simple operation,high safety and huge hoisting capacity.
