摘    要:现阶段中国隧道工程已经由建设阶段转向了建养并重阶段,科学养护已成为一个重要课题。为了提出科学合理的隧道衬砌结构养护策略,首先通过病害统计,考虑隧道特点与功能要求构建三层次的隧道系统失效模式;针对底层的4种失效模式(隧道极限承载、收敛变形、开裂、渗水),建立判断其失效与否的极限状态方程;采用理论近似方法,实现劣化可靠度的计算;考虑相关性给出隧道系统可靠度计算的实用方法;随后,基于风险最优给出详细的隧道预防性养护决策过程,构建隧道预防性养护的决策框架;最后,通过算例,依照所提出的框架对隧道养护决策中"何时维护、何处维护、何项目维护"的问题给出了解答。研究结果发现:结合隧道病害统计以及隧道结构的安全性、稳定性、耐久性功能需求可以选用隧道极限承载、收敛变形、开裂以及渗水4种模式代表隧道结构最底层的失效模式;"隧道系统-隧道区段-具体功能"三层次的失效表达能合理定义隧道系统的可靠状态;通过劣化可靠度可以考虑参数的不确定性,并为预防性养护决策提供具体指标;随着服役时长的增加,4种底层模式的可靠性均发生劣化,并且抗弯承载能力的均值和方差均随时间减少,在运营中开裂渗水为最易发生的病害。研究方法以及研究成果可为隧道衬砌结构预防性养护决策提供支持。

Abstract:The main task of tunnel engineering in China is the transformation from the construction stage to maintenance stage. The process of establishing scientific maintenance strategies has become a vital subject in tunnel engineering. To realize the decision-making process of the tunnel lining structure maintenance,a three-level failure mode of a tunnel system was established by considering the characteristics of the tunnel structure and its functional demand along with the static result of diseases on the tunnel structure. The limit state functions of the four ground level failure modes( ultimate load,convergence,cracking,and seepage) were established to determine the reliability of the structure. The degradation in reliability was evaluated using the theoretical approximation method. A practical method for calculating the reliability of the tunnel system was proposed by considering the correlation between the four modes. Then,a detailed process and framework of the tunnel maintenance strategy were presented based on the optimized risk. Finally,the timing,location,and methods adopted to repair a degraded tunnel were determined via an example. The research found that by combining the tunnel disease statistics and functional requirements of safety,stability,and durability of the tunnel structure,four failure modes of the tunnel can represent the lowest failure mode of the tunnel structure. The three-level failure mode( tunnel system-tunnel section-detailed function) can thoroughly express the reliability state of the tunnel. From deterioration reliability,the uncertainty of parameters can be considered. The reliability of the four bottom modes has deteriorated,and the mean value and variance of flexural bearing capacity have decreased with time. Cracking and water seepage are the most prone diseases during its operation. This study can support the preventive maintenance decision of the tunnel lining structure.
