广东河源东江大桥倒塌事故分析

摘    要:2019年6月14日,广东省河源市东江大桥发生倒塌事故,对此次事故进行研究,初步分析事故原因,为有关事故鉴定部门提供参考依据。针对此次桥梁倒塌发生的原因,通过以下步骤进行分析:①系统地收集事故相关资料,包括事故监控视频、事故残骸照片、桥面车辆行车记录仪画面、桥梁设计图纸。②根据倒塌视频、照片等资料结合拱桥力学特性对事故原因进行初步推测,提出几种可能导致该桥倒塌的因素。③基于设计图纸建立有限元静力模型,模拟验证得到最有可能导致此次事故的因素,并建立动力模型,还原倒塌过程,验证初步推测得到的事故原因。研究结果表明:事故桥3#墩存在明显的横桥向偏位,使相邻2跨主拱圈的内力发生了显著不利影响,并且越靠近拱脚位置结构更易失效,应力的变化引起第3跨拱脚强度薄弱处最先发生破坏,引起连锁倒塌;早晚温差对事故桥内力的变化影响很小,可以忽略不计;3#墩顺桥向偏位对相邻2跨主拱圈所带来的内力变化与实际破坏情况不符,可以排除其为事故主要原因。

Abstract:On June 14th,2019,the Dongjiang Bridge in Heyuan,Guangdong Province,collapsed.The present study makes a research on this accident and preliminarily analyze the cause of the accident to provide reference for relevant accident appraisal departments.The following steps are applied for the analysis of the causes of the collapse of the bridge:①Collect relevant accident data systematically,including accident surveillance video,photos of wreckage,pictures of drive recorder and design drawings of Dongjiang Bridge.②Make a preliminary analysis and inference on the cause of the accident based on the video and photo data together with mechanical properties of arch bridges,thus to propose several factors that might cause the collapse of the bridge.③Establish the finite element static model based on the design drawings,verify the most likely factors leading to the accident by simulation,and establish the dynamic model to restore the collapse process and verify the accident cause obtained from the preliminary speculation.Research results show that the transverse deflection of 3#pier of the accident bridge has a significant adverse effect on the internal forces of the adjacent main arch rings,and the structure is more likely to fail as the deflection is closer to the arch foot,the change of stress leads to the failure of the weak part of the third span arch foot,which leads to chain collapse;The influence of temperature difference between day and night on the change of internal force of the bridge is negligible;The internal force change caused by the deflection of 3#pier along the bridge to the adjacent two span main arch ring is not consistent with the actual damage,which can be excluded as the main cause of the accident。
