摘    要:针对机械法开挖联络通道领域中刀具磨损严重的问题,提出采用FFU材料作为混凝土衬砌的替代材料,同时采用3种不同的刀具进行切削试验来验证FFU的可切削性。试验结果表明:FFU材料可切削性良好,使用贝壳刀和刮刀,都能在较短的时间内将FFU试件切穿;横向布置顶管机试验时会导致大量碎渣囤积在筒仓内部,致使排渣不顺,更换顶管机布置形式,竖直放置进行切削可有效缓解排渣不顺的问题;FFU碎渣多为纤细的拉丝状,容易沾附刀盘上,应搭配泥水循环系统使用;推进速度过快会导致刀头受力不均匀,在实际工程中建议控制推进速度控制在5 mm/min之下。

Abstract:FFU material is proposed as an alternative material for concrete lining aiming at the problem of serious tool wear in the field of mechanically excavating contact channel. Three different tools are used for cutting tests to verify the machinability of FFU. The experimental result shows that the FFU material has good machinability, and the FFU test piece can be cut in a short time by using shell knife and scraper. The horizontal arrangement of pipe jacking machine test will result in a large amount of slag accumulating inside the silo and cause the poor slag discharge. The arrangement form of pipe jacking machine should be changed. The vertical arrangement for cutting can effectively solve the problem of poor slag discharge. FFU slag is mostly fine filaments, which are easily stuck to the cutter head. The muddy water circulating system should be matched for use. Jacking too fast will cause the uneven force on the cutter head. It is recommended that jacking speed is controlled within 5mm/min in the actual projects.
