漳州市中心城区内河水系水环境改善技术研究

摘    要:在城市更新及双碳背景下,老城区水环境的改善与提升是目前各城市亟待解决的难题。以漳州市中心城区内河水系水环境治理为例,从河流生态系统的角度结合模型分析论述水体污染的根本原因和实质,提出改善水环境与提升水生态功能的方案建议,为项目的实施提供科学依据,也为城市整体水环境的提升提供参考。通过技术方案的应用与实施,使得水污染得到有效控制,黑臭水体得到治理,改善水环境,修复流域生态属性,助力减污降碳协同增效的实施,带来良好的生态环境及经济效益。

Abstract:In the urban renewal and double-carbon background, the improvement and upgrading of the water environment in the old urban areas are the difficulties to be solved in each city now. Taking the water environmental treatment of inland river water system in the central urban area of Zhangzhou City as an example, the primary cause and present situation of water body pollution are discussed from the perspective of river ecological system and combined with the model analysis. The schemes and suggestions to improve the water environment and upgrade the water ecological functions are proposed in order to provide the scientific basis for implementing the project and also provide the reference for upgrading the whole water environment of city. The application and implementation of the technical schemes make the water pollution effectively controlled and the black-odor water body treated, which improve the water environment, restore the watershed ecological property, assist the implementation of decreasing pollution and reducing carbon coordinated with the efficiency increase, and bring the good ecological environment and economic benefit.
