摘    要:隧道近距离下穿城市既有建筑物不可避免的会对既有建筑物结构的稳定性产生一定的影响,本文以东部过境高速公路连接线隧道下穿开闭所房屋为工程实例,结合隧道的工程水文地质条件及房屋鉴定报告,对已开裂房屋采用合理的加固方案与电力改迁方式,保障隧道下穿期间的房屋结构安全与供电安全。

Abstract:It is inevitably to cause some influences on the stability of the existing building structures when the tunneling passes under the existing urban buildings. Taking the tunnel connected with the transit expressway in the east passing under the existing houses as the engineering example, combined with the engineering hydrogeological condition of the tunnel and the house appraisal report, the reasonable reinforcement scheme and the electric power relocation mode are used for the cracked houses, which can ensure the house structural safety and power supply safety during the tunneling.
