连拱隧道下穿既有高速公路管幕法施工技术研究

摘    要:新建隧道下穿城市既有道路,当埋深较浅时上部道路很容易因沉降过大而导致路面结构开裂,甚至破坏等问题,因此研究隧道的施工技术是非常必要的。以西安市开元路至建元路下穿通道项目为依托,在连拱隧道施工过程中采用有限元软件模拟管幕法支护对隧道结构、围岩稳定性及上部道路路面沉降的影响。主要结论如下:(1)新建连拱隧道围岩竖向最大位移为7.4mm,满足规范要求,隧道结构安全可靠;(2)采用管幕法施工时,路面沉降最大值仅为4.39mm,说明管幕法开挖连拱隧道下穿既有城市道路是可行的;(3)采用管幕法施工隧道二衬最小安全系数为2.05,大于规范最小安全系数,衬砌结构安全可靠。综上可见,采用管幕法作为超前支护措施,连拱隧道下穿既有城市道路对上部路面影响较小,施工安全风险较低。

Abstract:The new tunnel runs under the existing urban roads. When the buried depth is shallow, the upper road is easy to cause the pavement structure cracking and even damage due to excessive settlement. Therefore, it is necessary to study the construction technology of the tunnel. Based on the underpass project from Kaiyuan Road to Jianyuan Road in Xian, the finite element software is used to simulate the influence of pipe curtain supporting on the tunnel structure, surrounding rock stability and upper road pavement settlement during the construction of multi-arch tunnel. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) The maximum vertical displacement of the surrounding rock of the new multi-arch tunnel is 7.4 mm, which meets the requirements of the specification, and the tunnel structure is safe and reliable. (2) When the pipe curtain method is used, the maximum settlement of the pavement is only 4.39 mm, which indicates that the pipe curtain method is feasible to excavate the multi-arch tunnel under the existing urban road. (3) The minimum safety factor of the secondary lining of the tunnel constructed by the pipe curtain method is 2.05, which is greater than the minimum safety factor of the specification, and the lining structure is safe and reliable. In summary, using the pipe curtain method as the advanced support measure, the multi-arch tunnel crossing under the existing urban road has less influence on the upper pavement, and the construction safety risk is low.
