强夯夯锤形状模型试验研究

摘    要:基于相似原理设计模型夯锤,对不同形状夯锤的有效性问题在室内开展模型试验研究。通过在模型桥台上布设各种动测元件,研究了在夯击功能和夯击次数不同的情况下强夯时桥台的位移变化规律,以及桥台背路基夯沉量随夯击数的变化、夯后的分层沉降和压实度变化规律。研究结果表明:改变夯锤的形状可有效减小夯击能对结构物的影响,即将平底夯锤设计为球底形,由于其扩散角较小,夯击效果好,可减小强夯对邻近结构物的影响。

Model Test Study on the Shape of Dynamic Compaction Rammer

Abstract:Based on similar principles, the model rammers are designed and the indoor model test is carried out to study the effectiveness of rammers with different shapes. We study change rule of displacement of abutment during dynamic compaction in different ramming effectiveness and frequency, the variation of damp subsidence of abutment back roadbed with ramming frequency and the change rule of layered settlement and compactedness after ramming, through laying out various dynamic testing components on the model abutment. The results prove that change in the shape of a rammer can effectively reduce the influence of tamping energy on structures, i.e. the rammers with flat bases will be designed into those with spherical bases which can reduce the influence of dynamic compaction on near structures due to their small angle of flare and good ramming effect.
