沥青稳定钢渣混合料性能研究

摘    要:沥青稳定碎石混合料由于能解决传统半刚性基层容易形成干缩裂缝和温缩裂缝等问题,已成为研究热点之一。利用武钢转炉钢渣制备出沥青稳定钢渣混合料,并分别采用动稳定度、马歇尔稳定度、劈裂试验对其高温稳定性能和水稳性能进行研究。试验结果发现,沥青稳定钢渣混合料具有非常好的高温稳定性及抗水损害性能,可以作为柔性路基材料使用。

Study on Performance of Asphalt Treated Base Steel Slag Mixture

Abstract:Asphalt treated base macadam mixture that may solve the dry and temperature shrinkage cracks easily formed on semi-rigid base has become a hot spot in research. By use of the steel slag from BOF of Wuhan Iron and Steel, asphalt treated steel slag mixture was prepared. Then by dynamic stability, Marshall stability and splitting tests, the high-temperature and water stability were studied. The results show that asphalt treated base steel slag mixture has so good high-temperature stability and water damage resistance that it may be used as flexible subgrade material.
