摘    要:锚索孔道注浆体作为钢绞线的防腐层,注浆体的质量好坏直接影响锚索的锚固力和耐久性。依托两河口水电站中的边坡工程,采用预应力锚索进行加固,以单孔锚索孔道注浆为研究对象,基于微元体的受力平衡分析,推导出拔管控制长度计算模型,揭示了孔道浆体所受到的压力由孔底沿浆体流动方向逐渐降低的规律;采用的拔管长度控制系数越小,注浆量越大,注浆饱满度越好;通过对拔管控制长度各因素的敏感性分析,得出孔径为注浆管拔出工艺的最敏感因素,孔径要尽可能取大值;浆体密度、注浆压力对拔管控制长度影响敏感度较小,因此,可以通过降低浆液的水灰比

Analysis of Influencing Factors on Tube Drawing Control Length in Anchor Cable Grouting
Abstract:The anchor cable grouting body as the anticorrosion layer of steel strands, directly influences the quality of anchor cable anchorage strength and durability. The slopeas in the case of Lianghekou Hydropower Station is generally reinforced with pre-stressed anchor cable. This paper takes the single hole anchor cable duct grouting as the research object, analyzes the force balance based on infinitesimal body, deduces the calculation model of tube drawing control length, and determines the law that the pressure on the duct grouting body is reduced gradually in the flow direction of grouting body at the duct bottom; the smaller tube drawing control length, the greater the required grout quantity, and the better grouting fullness degree. Sensitivity analyses is performed for several factors affecting the tube drawing control length to obtain the most sensitive factors of the grouting tube drawing process, and the aperture is as large as possible. Grouting density and pressure have smaller impact on the tube drawing control length. Therefore, degree of density may be improved for the grouting by decreasing water-cement ratio and increasing grouting pressure to improve the corrosion resistance of the anchor cable grouting protection layer.
