TBM圆形铁路隧道衬砌类型力学性态模型试验研究

摘    要:依托大瑞铁路高黎贡山隧道全断面隧道掘进机(TBM)段圆形模筑混凝土衬砌工程,开展了不同衬砌结构的模型试验研究。采用卧式加载试验装置,对圆形模筑混凝土、单层管片和管片双层三种衬砌类型进行试验,得到三种衬砌管片的弯矩、轴力和位移。研究结果表明:在相同荷载条件下,模筑混凝土衬砌破坏时能承受更大的弯矩;在试件破坏前,单层管片衬砌和管片双层衬砌在拱脚处轴力有突变,产生应力集中现象;分块对管片刚度有一定的削弱作用;等厚度的圆形模筑混凝土和管片双层衬砌,前者刚度大,力学性态好。

Model Test Research on Mechanical Behavior of TBM Circular Railway Tunnel Lining
Abstract:Depending on the formworking concrete lining engineering for circular Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM) section of Gaoligongshan Tunnel on Dali-Ruili Railway, model test research on different lining structures was carried out herein. With horizontal loading test device, three types, including circular formworking concrete, single-layer and double-ayer segment lining, were tested and the bending moment, axial force and displacement thereof obtained. The research result shows that, under the same loading condition, the formworking concrete lining can withstand greater bending moment when damaged, and the single-layer and double-layer segment lining is subject to sudden axial force change at the arch foot before the specimen is damaged, leading to stress concentration arising there; the segmentation weakens the segment stiffness to a certain extent; and for the circular formworking concrete and the double-layer segment lining with the same thickness, the former has greater stiffness and better mechanical behavior.
