摘    要:为解决海域复杂地层基坑中的基岩与孤石爆破间难题,以苏埃通道工程南岸基坑施工为背景,通过掌握孤石和基岩分布情况,确定爆破施工原则,制定合理的爆破技术方案。采用浅孔微差爆破,配合镐头机进行岩石破碎,并采用毫秒延时起爆网络。制定对基坑围护结构和支撑结构保护措施,并对爆破振动波速进行监测和优化,减小了大块岩石的产生,避免了对大块岩石进行二次爆破,也便于石块的清理工作,飞石安全得到了有效控制与防护,确保了基坑围护结构的安全。严格管理爆破施工注意事项,实现平行作业,大幅提高基坑爆破施工效率。

Study on Construction Technology of Bedrock and Solitary Rock Blasting in Foundation Pit of Cofferdam in Sea Area
Abstract:In order to solve the problem of treating inner bedrock and solitary rock explosion in the foundation pit of complex stratum in sea area, this paper takes the construction of foundation pit on the south bank of Suai corridor project as the background, through mastering the distribution of solitary rock and bedrock, determining the principle of blasting construction, making a reasonable blasting technical scheme, adopting shallow hole millisecond difference blasting, cooperating with pick machine to break rock and adopting millisecond delay initiation network, the protective measures for retaining structure and bracing structure of foundation pit are formulated and the blasting vibration wave velocity is monitored and optimized, which reduces the production of large rock, avoids the secondary blasting of large rock and greatly facilitates the cleaning of the stone. The safety of the flying stone is effectively controlled and protected and the safety of the foundation pit enclosure is ensured, strictly managing the matters needing attention in blasting construction, realizing parallel operation, greatly improving the efficiency of foundation pit blasting construction and accumulating experience for the construction of subsequent projects.
