静压桩挤土效应对管道的影响研究

摘    要:在软土地基中,静压桩应用广泛,但沉桩过程中对周围的雨水管道以及建筑等的挤土效应也十分显著,严重者会导致发生破坏;应力释放孔可有效地减少土体侧位移,从而达到保护周围建筑的作用.以上海迪士尼乐园SP-3D探险岛项目为工程背景,结合FLAC3D有限元软件,模拟挤土效应对周围管道的影响,分析挤土效应的作用规律,合理设置应力释放孔,并结合现场监测数据,证明设置应力释放孔能消弱挤土效应.

Study on Squeezing Effect of Static Pressure Pile on Pipes

Abstract:Static pressure pile is widely used in soft soil foundation,but during pile driving,the squeezing effect therefrom on the surrounding rainwater pipes and structures is very significant,and even destructive in severe cases.The stress release holes can reduce lateral displacement of soil and protect the surrounding buildings.Based on the Shanghai Disneyland SP-3D Adventure Island Project,the squeezing effect on the surrounding pipes was simulated with FLAC3D FEM software,through which the law of action of the squeezing effect was analyzed,and then stress release hole was set properly.Depending on the in-situ monitoring data,it is proved that the stress release hole may weaken the squeezing effect,and may be referred to in engineering construction.
