山碴石路基填筑压实试验研究

摘    要:以皖北地区山碴石为对象,结合实际工程对山碴石路基压实施工工艺进行研究。通过室内重型击实试验,得到山碴石的最佳含水率为6.1%,并据此进行山碴石路基试验段的铺筑碾压试验。应用压实沉降差法得到的路基各检测点碾压前后的沉降差值,根据沉降差检测评定方法,检测点的不合格率不大于5%,表明山碴石路堤通过改善施工工艺,其压实度能满足技术要求。

Test Study on Filling and Compaction of Subgrade with Mountain Ballast

Abstract:Taking mountain ballast as the object, the compaction process of the subgrade with such stone was studied in combination with actual engineering, Through indoor heavy compaction test, the optimal water content thereof is 6. 1%, based on which paving and rolling test was conducted on the test section. By use of compacted differential settlement method, the values of settlement difference before and after the rolling at each test point on the subgrade were obtained. According to the test and assessment, the reject ratio is not more than 5 %, showing that the subgrade with mountain ballast, through improving the construction process, has a satisfactory compactness, and meets the technical requirement.
