下穿盾构隧道施工对铁路的影响研究

摘    要:盾构隧道开挖对邻近建筑物的扰动是必然存在的,此类问题已得到了愈来愈广泛的关注。以佛山市三水区下穿盾构隧道工程为依托,利用数值摸拟法,计算分析了近距离下穿盾构隧道施工对既有铁路的影响规律。基于弹性地基梁理论,将盾构开挖影响等效成一位移,推导了盾构隧道开挖引起的既有铁路竖向位移理论计算公式。分析结果表明:盾构隧道开挖引起的轨道沉降近似呈正态分布曲线,主要影响范围为隧道轴线两侧约2.5倍隧道直径范围内,与Peck估算公式计算所得影响范围一致,且其分布规律与实测结果吻合。对比数值与理论计算结果表明,采用弹性地基梁法可以有效地计算既有铁路受下穿盾构开挖影响后的位移。

Study on Influence of Under-crossing Shield Tunneling on Railway

Abstract:The disturbance arising out of shield tunneling against adjacent structures is inevitable, and has been paid more and more attentions. Depending on the under-crossing shield tunneling in Sanshui Dist., Foshan, how such construction affects the adjacent existing railway was studied in such manner that the effect herein is equivalent to a displacement on the basis of elastic foundation beam theory so as to derive the theoretical formula calculating vertical displacement of existing railway, which is resulted from the tunnel excavation. The result shows that the rail settlement caused by shield tunnel excavation approximately presents a normal distribution curve with the effect extending to about 2. 5 times the tunnel diameter on both sides of the tunnel axis and being consistent with the range obtained from the Peck estimation formula, and the distribution law coincides with the measured result. The result of comparison shows that elastic foundation beam theory may be the solution to calculate the displacement of existing railway under impact of under-crossing shield tunneling.
