水泥稳定碎石基层含水量对回弹模量影响的试验研究

摘    要:路面半刚性基层的无侧限抗压强度与基层含水量的变化有关。采用现场承载板法测试了不同含水量基层的回弹模量,得出不同水泥掺量的水泥稳定碎石的含水量与回弹模量的关系。研究结果表明:水泥稳定碎石的回弹模量随着含水量的增大而减小。在低含水量和高含水量情况下,回弹模量变化趋势都较为平缓,当水泥稳定碎石的含水量状态处于第一界限含水量与第二界限含水量之间时,基层回弹模量对含水量的变化较为敏感。通过对比分析得出无侧限抗压强度高的水泥稳定碎石基层对含水量的变化最为敏感,从另一方面说明水泥掺量越大,基层回弹模量对含水量越敏感。基于试验结果,建议基层含水量应控制在4.5%最优含水量附近,可保证基层无侧限抗压强度不至于降低过大。

Test Study on Influence of Water Content in Cement Stabilized Macadam Base on Resilient Modulus
Abstract:The semi-rigid base of pavement has its unconfined compressive strength be related to the change of the water content therein. The on-site bearing plate method was used to test the resilient modulus of the base in different water content values, thus obtained the relation between the water content of cement stabilized macadam in different cement proportion and the resilient modulus. The study result shows that the resilient modulus of cement stabilized macadam may decrease with the increase of the water content. In case of low and high water content, the variation trend of the resilient modulus goes gently and, when the water content is between the first and the second limits, it is sensitive to the change of the water content. Through the comparative analysis, it is concluded that the cement stabilized macadam base with high unconfined compressive strength is sensitive to the change of water content mostly, and stated from another point of view that the higher cement proportion, the more sensitive the resilient modulus against the water content. Depending on the test result, it is suggested that the water content should be controlled at the values close to the optimal value of 4.5%, which may guarantee the unconfined compressive strength of the base not decreased too much.
