水泥改良全风化花岗岩路基填料水稳定性研究

摘    要:以川南某高速公路工程为依托,采用振动压实法成型水泥改良全风化花岗岩路基填料试件,研究压实度、水泥剂量及养生龄期对全风化花岗岩填料水稳定性影响规律。结果表明:全风化花岗岩渗透系数和崩解量随压实度提高逐渐降低,当压实度≥96.0 %,渗透系数趋于稳定,压实度提高1.0 %,崩解量约降低8.6 %;掺入水泥后水稳定性显著提高,水泥改良全风化花岗岩与全风化花岗岩试件崩解量比值在4.2以上,当水泥剂量≥4.0 %,改良后渗透系数、崩解量随压实度增大呈线性趋势降低,渗透系数、崩解量降低速率分别为6.3 %、6.4 %;改良后龄期前14天水稳系数增长较快,28天后曲线较平缓,水泥剂量增加1 %,7、28天水稳系数约分别增加10.5 %、9.5 %以上。

Study on Water Stability of Filler for Cement-improved Fully-weathered Granite Subgrade
Abstract:The cement-improved filler specimen was formed by means of vibration compaction to study the laws how the compaction degree, cement content and curing age affect the water stability. The result shows that, the permeability coefficient and disintegration volume of fully-weathered granite gradually decrease with the increase of compaction, and when the compaction degree is ≥96.0 %, the permeability coefficient becomes stable, and the compaction degree increases by 1.0 %, the disintegration volume decreases by 8.6 %; after cement is blended, the water stability is increased significantly and the ratio of disintegration volume of cement-improved fully-weathered granite specimen to fully-weathered granite specimen is more than 4.2, in case of the cement content ≥4.0 %, as the compaction degree increases, the modified permeability coefficient and disintegration volume decreases linearly at a respective rate 6.3 % and 6.4 %; in the first 14 days before the age after improvement, the water stability coefficient increased rapidly, and when after 28 days, the curve becomes flat, and the cement content increases by 1.0 %, the 7 d and 28 d water stability coefficient increase by more than 10.5 % and 9.5 % respectively.
