印度重载铁路路基设计标准研究

摘    要:介绍印度规范路基填料分类,结合中国标准进行对比。研究表明:印度规范根据粒径<0.075 mm细粒含量划分的SQ1、SQ2、SQ3填料,相应的力学性质不断提高;列车动荷载显著区域按单、双层结构两种型式设计,单层结构仅设置覆盖层,双层结构由覆盖层和准备层组成;覆盖层的压实度MDD不得小于100 %、二次变形模量Ev2最小值为100 MPa,准备层MDD最小值为98 %,25.0 t轴重下的Ev2最低为45 MPa,30.0 t和32.5 t轴重下Ev2最低为60 MPa;基床厚度和压实标准均低于中国规范要求。

Study on Indian Design Code for Heavy Haul Railway Subgrade
Abstract:The Indian code for the classification of subgrade filler was introduced, and comparative analysis was made with the Chinese code. The study shows that, in the Indian code, SQ1, SQ2 and SQ3 fillers, which are classified according to the content of fine particle with the diameter <0.075 mm, have the improved mechanical properties; in the area of significant train dynamic load, the type of subgrade bed may be designed to single-layer or double-layer structure, in which the single-layer structure sets blanket layer only and the double-layer structure is composed of a blanket layer and a reserve layer. The compactness MDD of the blanket layer shall not be less than 100 %, and the minimum value of secondary deformation modulus Ev2 is 100 MPa; the minimum value of MDD of the reserve layer is 98 %, and the minimum Ev2 at 25.0 t axle load is 45 MPa, the minimum Ev2 at 30.0 t and 32.5 t axle load is 60 MPa. Both the thickness of subgrade bed and the compactness criteria fall short of the Chinese code.
