水泥石灰钢渣碎石夯扩桩复合地基在软土地基加固中应用

摘    要:依托某高速公路软地基土处理工程,对工程现场路基软土性能指标进行检测,提出了水泥石灰钢渣碎石夯扩桩加固方案,并与传统水泥搅拌桩加固方案的机理进行对比分析。在对比两种软基土加固施工工艺的基础上,明确水泥石灰钢渣碎石夯扩桩设计方案的重点参数和关键工艺;对水泥石灰钢渣碎石夯扩桩试验段进行承载力检验和沉降变化监测,明确其软基土加固的有效性;最后,对比水泥搅拌桩和水泥石灰钢渣碎石夯扩桩的工程造价和施工效率,佐证了水泥石灰钢渣碎石夯扩桩设计方案的经济性和总体优势。

Application of Cement-lime+Steel Slag Crushed Stone Rammed Pile Composite Foundation in Soft Soil Foundation Reinforcement
Abstract:In relation to the soft soil foundation treatment works for a highway, the indicators of the soft soil performance were tested on the site, thus the strengthening scheme of cement-lime+steel slag crushed stone rammed pile was proposed, and then compared with the mechanism of a traditional strengthening scheme of cement mixing pile. Depending on the analysis of the two kinds of strengthening technology, the key parameters and critical processes in the design scheme of cement-lime+steel slag crushed stone rammed pile were defined. The bearing capacity testing and differential settlement monitoring carried out on cement-lime+steel slag crushed stone rammed pile make clear the validity of this strengthening scheme. At last, the project cost and construction efficiency of the two schemes herein were compared in order to prove the economic efficiency and overall advantages of the design scheme of cement-lime+steel slag crushed stone rammed pile.
