AC-16钢渣沥青混凝土配合比与路用性能试验研究

摘    要:在对钢渣微观形貌、矿物成分和浸水膨胀率等物理力学性能进行分析的基础上,用钢渣作为集料设计并成型AC-16型改性沥青混凝土,对其路用性能进行系统研究;全过程用砂岩集料比对。结果表明:与砂岩相比,钢渣力学性能良好,吸水率比砂岩大0.4 %~0.6 %,钢渣沥青混凝土最佳油石比比砂岩高出0.5 %,其高温性能和水稳定性良好,低温抗裂性和抗滑性能较砂岩表现更为优异。

Experimental Study on Mixture Ratio and Road Performance of AC-16 Steel Slag Asphalt Concrete
Abstract:On the basis of the analysis of the physical and mechanical properties of steel slag, such as micro morphology, mineral composition and water swelling rate, AC-16 modified asphalt concrete is designed and formed with steel slag as aggregate, and its road performance is systematically studied; the whole process is compared with sandstone aggregate. The results show that, compared with sandstone, steel slag has good mechanical properties, water absorption is 0.4 % ~ 0.6 % higher than sandstone, and the best asphalt aggregate ratio of steel slag asphalt concrete is 0.5 % higher than sandstone. Its high temperature performance and water stability are good, and its low temperature crack resistance and sliding resistance are better than sandstone.
