摘    要:以不同配合比和养护方式作为参数,开展了混凝土圆环约束收缩性能试验.混凝土约束收缩引起的钢环应变受到养护方式的影响,相比涂刷养护剂或干燥养护,塑料薄膜包裹养护的方式更优,能有效降低混凝土的约束收缩;无论采取哪种养护方式,配合比优化组混凝土的钢环应变和收缩应力低于同龄期的基准组,说明优化混凝土的配合比能有效减少混凝土约束收...

Experimental Research on Ring-constrained Shrinkage Performance of Concrete
Abstract:Taking different mix ratios and curing methods as parameters, the concrete ring restrained shrinkage performance test was carried out. The strain of the steel ring caused by the restrained shrinkage of concrete will be affected by the curing methods. Compared with brushing curing agent or dry curing, the plastic film wrapping curing method is better, which can effectively reduce the restrained shrinkage of concrete. No matter which curing method is adopted, the steel ring strain and shrinkage stress of the concrete of the optimized proportion are often lower than the benchmark group of the same age, indicating that the optimized proportion of concrete can also effectively reduce the restrained shrinkage of concrete.
