高地应力软岩公路隧道衬砌支护时机研究

摘    要:依托宜巴高速公路峡口隧道工程,运用有限元软件ABAQUS,分析高地应力软岩公路隧道衬砌最佳支护时机。研究结果表明:按开挖空间效应分析,二次衬砌的支护时间为开挖后15天;按开挖时间效应分析,二次衬砌的支护时间为开挖后25天;综合考虑,应在开挖后15~25天支护。隧道拱顶下沉为33.3 cm,水平收敛为19.7 cm,预留变形量为35.0 cm。

Study on Opportunity of Lining Supporting to Highway Tunnel in High Geostress Soft Rock
Abstract:In relation to Xiakou Tunnel engineering of Yichang—Badong Highway, the finite element software ABAQUS was used to analyze the best supporting opportunity for highway tunnel lining in high geostress soft rock. The result of the research shows that the supporting time for the secondary lining is analyzed to be 15 days after the excavation according to the effect of excavated space, or to be 25 days after the excavation according to the effect of excavating time, thus the supporting is comprehensively considered to be within 15~25 days after the excavation. The subsidence of the vault crown of the Tunnel is 33.3 cm, the horizontal convergence is 19.7 cm, and the reserved amount of deformation is 35.0 cm.
