Analysis of Indoor Freezing and Thawing Tests of Freezing Damage on a Highway
Abstract:Based on a section of the project of National Highway 109, through on-site geological environmental investigation, theoretical analysis, indoor tests and other methods, the research on roadbed deformation characteristics of frost heave and thaw settlement was carried out. The variation law of the temperature field, moisture field and deformation field of subgradw soil was obtained by analysis and reaearch, and the degree of freezing and thawing deformation of subgrade soil under different conditions was evaluated. The change law of frost heaving deformation of soil sample was analyzed under different fine particle content and moisture content. The research results provide a basis for the control of regional roadbed freezing damage. It's of reference significance to the choice of subgrade filling.
