摘    要:以杭州地铁某线多处运营路段不均匀沉降修复工程为依托,研发由膨胀性干粉、膨胀抑制剂和注浆填充料组成的膨胀性注浆材料,用于地铁隧道微扰动注浆。膨胀材料注浆抬升修复运营地铁隧道不均匀沉降施工方法具有3项优势:复位精度高,处治效果好;膨胀材料耐久性良好,可压缩性较低,满足工后变形要求;施工期短,材料和能耗相对少,施工成本较低。该技术具有良好的工程应用前景。

Application of Lifting-up Technology with Expansive Grouting Materials to Rehabilitate Differential Settlement of Subway Tunnel
Abstract:In relation to rehabilitation project of the differential settlement of multiple operation sections of Hangzhou Metro Line, a kind of expansive grouting materials, which are composed of expansive powder, expansion inhibitor and grouting filling material, have been developed and used for micro-perturbation grouting in subway tunnel. The construction method of rehabilitating differential settlement of subway tunnel in service by lifting-up with expansion materials grouting exhibits 3 advantages: high restoration precision, good treatment effect; the expansive grouting materials have good durability and low compressibility which meets the requirement of post-construction deformation; short construction period, relatively less material and energy consumption, low construction cost. Therefore, it has obvious economic and social benefits and good engineering application prospect.
