摘    要:为研究堆放状态下双块式轨枕桁架钢筋受力,先将堆放状态下的双块式轨枕简化为简支梁,再以桁架腹筋的抗弯刚度作为地基弹簧刚度,基于点支撑弹性地基梁理论计算桁架纵筋的受力,提出了堆放状态下双块式轨枕桁架钢筋受力简便计算法;将文中简化算法与有限元计算结果进行了对比,两者吻合较好,其桁架腹筋的受力对双块式轨枕堆放的层数起控制作用,按算例以6层为宜。

Simplified Calculation Method of Double-block Sleeper Stacking Stress in Passenger Dedicated Line

Abstract:In order to study truss reinforcing bar stress of stacked double-block sleepers,first simplify stacked double-block sleepers to simply supported beams and then take flexural rigidity of truss web bar as that of foundation spring.Through calculation of the stress of truss longitudinal bars based on the theory of point-supported elastic foundation beam,the simplified calculation method of truss reinforcing bar stress of stacked double-block sleeper is advanced.Through comparison between the results from simplified calculation method in this paper and finite element method,it is indicated that both are in good conformity.The stress of truss web bar plays a controlling role in stacking layer of double-block sleepers.It should be 6 layers according to examples.
