水泥砂浆多向桩复合地基加固泥炭土地基试验研究

摘    要:针对昆明铁路枢纽工程路基泥炭土地基,选择两种胶凝剂(水泥,水泥加粉煤灰)、五种配合比,在室内测试了不同配合比下的无侧限抗压强度。通过现场四种配合比的成桩工艺试验、取芯试样强度试验和荷载板试验,测试了单桩承载力、单桩复合地基承载力和桩体的无侧限抗压强度,验证了水泥砂浆多向桩复合地基加固处理泥炭土地基的可靠性。此外,结合荷载试验测得了桩顶土压力和桩间土土压力,对水泥砂浆多向桩复合地基桩土应力比进行了讨论。

Test Study on Peat Soil Foundation Reinforced by Multi-direction Cement Mortar Pile

Abstract:For the peat soil foundation of subgrade of Kunming railway hub, two gelling agents (cement, cement mixed with fly ash) in five mixing ratios were selected for lab tests of unconfined compressive strengths respectively. Through the field tests of pile formation technology and core sample strength and plate load tests, wherein all of the tests were carried out in 4 mixing ratios, the bearing capacity of single pile, the bearing capacity of single-pile composite foundation, and the unconfined compressive strength of the pile body were tested, by which the reliability of peat foundation reinforced by multi-direction cement mortar piles was verified. In addition, the earth pressures on the pile top and between the piles were measured by the load tests so that the pile-soil stress ratio of the composite foundation by multi-direction cement mortar pile was discussed.
