摘 要: | 针对既有桥梁质量评估过程中定量指标与定性意见难以综合的问题,采用了多级模糊模式识别与非结构性决策理论的桥梁评估方法。该法可综合考虑定量、定性评估意见及评估人权重来对桥梁质量状态做出综合评估。工程应用表明,该法可对桥梁质量做出准确的评估,确保桥梁运营的安全性。
