石墨烯对橡胶改性沥青路用性能影响试验研究

摘    要:将石墨烯掺入到橡胶改性沥青中,通过水稳定性能、高温性能、低温性能和耐久性能的室内试验研究,分析评价石墨烯对橡胶改性沥青路用性能的影响。结果表明:石墨烯对改善橡胶改性沥青水稳定性有显著的效果,可提高其劈裂强度比和马歇尔稳定度;对橡胶改性沥青高温性能有显著的提高,但同时也降低了其低温抗裂性能;对改善橡胶改性沥青耐久性有显著的提高,可提高其抗车辙能力、抗水损害能力和疲劳性能。石墨烯复合橡胶改性沥青具有较好的抗水损害性能、抗车辙性能,其实际路用效果在实体工程试验路铺筑进行了验证。

Experimental Study on the Influence of Graphene on the Road Performance of Rubber Modified Asphalt
Abstract:The graphene is blended into rubber modified asphalt in order to evaluate the effect of graphene on the road performance of rubber modified asphalt by comparison through laboratory experiments on water stability, high temperature performance, low temperature performance and durability. The results show that graphene has a significant effect on improving the water stability of rubber modified asphalt, which can increase its splitting strength ratio and Marshall Stability. The high temperature performance of rubber modified asphalt was improved obviously, but at the same time the low temperature crack resistance was also decreased. It can improve the durability of rubber modified asphalt, which can improve its rutting resistance, water damage resistance and fatigue performance. Graphene composite rubber modified asphalt has good water damage resistance and rutting resistance, which has been verified by actual pavement construction in physical engineering test.
