砂率和水胶比对CRTS Ⅲ型板式无砟轨道填充层自密实混凝土性能的影响

摘    要:为了解砂率和水胶比对CRTS III型板式无砟轨道填充层混凝土性能的影响,设计制备了9组C40自密实混凝土进行对比试验,研究不同砂率和水胶比条件下混凝土间隙通过性及抗离析性的变化规律。结果表明:填充层C40自密实混凝土的最佳砂率为50%;当砂率处于50%左右,水胶比为0.33~0.37时,填充层自密实混凝土性能达到最优,且满足CRTS III型板式无砟轨道所需的间隙通过性与抗离析性要求。

Influence of Sand and Water-binder Ratio on the Performance of Self-compacting Concrete for Filling Layer of CRTS III Slab Ballastless Track
Abstract:In order to understand the influence of sand ratio and water-binder ratio on the performance of self-compacting concrete (SCC) for filling layer of CRTS III slab ballastless track, 9 groups of C40 SCC were prepared to make the contrast test and then study under different sand ratio and water-binder ratio how the passing quality through gaps and anti-separation quality of SCC rule. The result shows that the filling layer of C40 SCC has the optimal sand ratio of 50%; when the sand ratio is 50% and the water-binder ratio is 0.33~0.37, the SCC for filling layer gets the optimal performance, and has the passing quality through gaps and anti-separation quality as required by CRTS III slab ballastless track.
