橡胶混凝土的力学特性试验研究

摘    要:为探讨混凝土在掺入不同橡胶粒径及掺量下的力学性能,以橡胶颗粒等体积取代C25混凝土内的细骨料,制成三种不同颗粒粒径的橡胶混凝土,并分别对其抗压强度、抗折强度、轴心抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及拉压比进行试验研究。结果表明:橡胶混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、轴心抗压强度及劈裂抗拉强度的变化均随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加呈不同程度的减小,其中抗压强度的减小程度尤为明显;三种橡胶颗粒混凝土的拉压比变化均随着橡胶颗粒掺量的增加呈非线性变化,但拉压比有所增大;在混凝土路面中掺入适量的橡胶颗粒,能有效增强其韧性。

Experimental Research on Mechanical Property of Rubber Concrete
Abstract:In order to investigate the mechanical property of concrete with different rubber particle sizes and contents, the rubber particle was used to replace the fine aggregate of same volume in the C25 concrete to prepare the rubber concrete of 3 different particle sizes. The experimental research was performed on compressive strength, flexural strength, axial compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and tension and compression ratio. The results showed that the compressive strength, flexural strength, axial compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the rubber concrete were reduced of different degrees with the increasing of rubber particle content, especially the compressive strength was obviously reduced. The change law of tension and compression ratio of concrete with three kinds of rubber particles was nonlinear with the increase of the content of rubber particles, but the tension and compression ratio was increased. Adding proper rubber particle in the concrete pavement can effectively enhance its toughness.
