煤矿盾构斜井管片衬砌接头抗弯力学性能的试验研究

摘    要:针对鄂尔多斯市补连塔矿区2号辅运平硐盾构斜井管片衬砌接头结构特性,开展了管片接头抗弯试验研究。试验制作了足尺寸的盾构管片,管片接头采用工程现场使用的螺栓。在管片接头附近位置合理布置了应变、位移传感器。试验在不同的轴力下,对接头结构逐级施加弯矩荷载,并进行了破坏试验。通过测试接头应变位移分析,结果表明:在弯矩荷载的加大过程中,管片接头的力学特性表现为明显的非线性;管片接头抗弯刚度不仅与结构本身有关,还与弯矩、轴力有关,并给出了相关参考值;螺栓孔对于管片衬砌端头刚度有一定的削弱作用;接头结构的破坏是一个非线性

Experimental Research on Anti-bending Mechanical Property of Segment Lining Joint of Shield Inclined Shaft of Coal Mine
Abstract:The anti-bending experimental research of segment joints is carried out according to the structural characteristics of segment lining joint of #2 auxiliary transport adit shield inclined shaft of Buliantu Coal Mine in Ordos City. For the experiment, the full-size shield segments were made and they were the bolts used in construction site. Strain and displacement sensor were set nearby the segment joints. Exert bending moment load step-by-step on the joint structure under different axial forces and conduct destructive test. The results show that during the increasing of bending moment load, the mechanical property of the segment joints showed obvious nonlinearity. The anti-bending rigidity of segment joints is not only related to the structure but also to the bending moment and axial force and related reference value was given. The bolt hole weakens the lining joint rigidity of the segment to a certain extent. The destruction of segment is a gradual process of brittle failure with the increment of nonlinearity properties.
