水泥稳定玄武岩残积土的路用工程特性试验研究

摘    要:通过各种室内试验,揭示了海南岛北部地区玄武岩残积土不能直接用作路堤填料的路用特性。针对其具有大孔隙比、低密度、高液限及弱膨胀性的特点以及海南岛无石灰生产的情况,掺加水泥进行玄武岩残积土的稳定试验,研究其物理力学性质和强度变化规律。研究结果表明:经水泥稳定处理的玄武岩残积土,液限与塑性指数均降低,膨胀性减弱,无侧限抗压强度及CBR大幅提升,在干湿循环条件下的水稳定性较好,虽然稳定土在长期饱水条件下强度有所降低,但仍可用作高等级公路的路堤填料。相比远距离借土填筑,采用稳定土填筑路堤具有明显的经济优势及环境优势。

Experimental Study on Road Performance of Cement-stabilized Basalt Residual Soil
Abstract:The paper through various laboratory tests revealed the road performance that causes the basalt residual soil in north Hainan Island not to be used as embankment filler. In relation to the features thereof, such as high porosity, low density, high liquid limit and weak expansibility, and the situation of no lime production in Hainan Island, the stability of basalt residual soil with cement mixed was tested in order to study its physical and mechanical properties and the law of strength change. The study result shows that the cement-stabilized basalt residual soil has decreased liquid limit and plasticity index, weakened expansibility, greatly increased unconfined compressive strength and CBR, and good water stability in dry-wet cycle; although the strength of stabilized soil is reduced slightly on condition of long time saturation, it still can be used as embankment filler for high-grade highway. Compared with remote borrowing earth for filling, use of stabilized soil as the embankment filler has obvious advantages on economy and environment.
