高速铁路路基粗粒土填料最大干密度试验方法对比研究

摘    要:针对击实试验法和表面振动压实试验法测得高速铁路路基填料最大干密度值存在较大差异问题,选取沪昆高速铁路湖南段粒径在60 mm以下路基粗粒土填料,分别采用室内击实试验和表面振实试验测取最大干密度,再将上述两种试验方法测得的最大干密度与同种填料现场填筑后的实测干密度进行对比分析。结果表明:采用表面振实试验法测得的最大干密度普遍小于击实试验法测得的最大干密度,同时还普遍小于施工现场实测的干密度。结合高速铁路路基填筑施工质量要求,建议采用击实试验测得的最大干密度作为现场压实质量的控制指标。

Comparative Research on Test Method for Maximum Dry Density of Coarse Grained Soil Filler for Subgrade in High-speed Railway
Abstract:There is great difference between maximum dry density values of high-speed railway subgrade filler measured by the compaction test method and surface vibration compaction test method. For this problem, this paper selects the coarse-grained soil subgrade filler with grain size below 60 mm from Hunan Section of Shanghai-Kunming High-speed Railway. It measures their maximum dry density values by the compaction test and surface vibration compaction test, and compares the two maximum dry density values with the measured dry density of the site subgrade filled by the sand filler. The results show that the maximum dry density measured by surface vibration compaction test method is generally less than that by the compaction test method, and it is also less than the dry density measured in the construction site. Combined with the construction quality requirements of high-speed railway subgrade filler, it recommends using the maximum dry density measured by the compaction test as the site compaction quality control index.
